Description
A life size replica of an inkwell based on those found at Qumran by the Dead Sea. This small inkwell would have been made locally. Three inkwells were found at the site of Khirbet Qumran indicating that writing was taking place at the site during the 1st century BC – 1st century AD. The lamp is “aged” to look as if it has just been excavated. HC.
